WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Human resource professionals both certified and not certified who have a desire to build their expertise in managing business ethics issues.
Non-HR managers who are interested in exploring the issues inherent in business ethics and in establishing an ethical climate in their organizations.

CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS
To receive a certificate of participation from George Mason University, students must be active participants in the online classroom including the following:
Must login to your course site at least once a week. For purposes of this course, the week will begin and end on Mondays at midnight.
Read and respond to discussion questions posted in the weekly lecture and reply to your colleagues' comments.
Post at least 30 responses in the discussion area by the end of the course. These should preferably be done on a weekly basis (four or five per week).
Responses to the initial post in the discussion area should be substantive, usually no less than 50-75 words per reply for each response.
Complete all assignments for each unit including case studies, videos, and other assignments.
Complete the end of course exam assessment.
