COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course focuses on the skills needed to plan and evaluate performance. Participants become more effective in discussing goals, objectives, and expected performance with employees throughout the year. It discusses the complete performance cycle and gives a communication model for giving both positive and corrective feedback. Guidelines are presented for checking potential rating errors, conducting a productive appraisal, and using an individual development plan when appropriate.
