This course concentrates on one of the most successful project measures- earned value analysis. This
technique has proven to be highly successful in assisting project managers to better measure where their
projects stand. Participants will examine various ways that managers can make changes to on-going projects
in a manner that improves performance without being disruptive. Identifying problem areas is a trait for
all successful managers. Beyond relying solely on instinct, we will explore how managers use a variety of
techniques aimed at early problem identification, predicting its impact, and how to take corrective
actions.
